How should I prepare for my appointment?

Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and skip curlers or waterproof mascara for 48 hours beforehand. Contact lens wearers should bring a case, as lenses come out during the treatment.

How often will I need infills?

Most guests return every two to three weeks. If fewer than 40 percent of the extensions remain, the appointment is booked as a new set rather than an infill.

Can lash extensions cope with Malaysian humidity?

Yes — we cure our adhesive for tropical humidity levels. Give the bond 24 hours before swimming or steam rooms, then your set can handle daily KL weather without trouble.

Is a lash lift suitable for sensitive eyes?

Usually, yes. Our Korean lift lotions are low-fume and we always offer a patch test 48 hours ahead for first-time guests with a history of sensitivity.

Do you accept walk-ins?

The studio is appointment-only so that each guest has the suite to herself. Same-day slots do open up — message us on WhatsApp and we will fit you in when we can.

Q: How long does a full lash set take?

Our artists train for a minimum of 400 supervised hours before they touch a guest, and we cap the day's diary so nobody is ever hurried out of the chair. The result is retention our guests plan their calendars around.

The Korean lash lift is our most-booked treatment for a reason: forty-five minutes in the chair buys you six to eight weeks of curled, tinted lashes that survive gym sessions, monsoon downpours and 6am flights.
